*Indoorvegan.com respects our customers privacy and will never under any circumstances sell/share or provide our customers information to anyone for any reason.
Orders are normally shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS within 24 hours. In some cases we may need to drop ship your item and longer shipping times may occur, typically no longer than 48 hours. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and on different days. Shipping time and cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on certain items and bulk orders, the terms of which will be clearly stated on the specific product page and is subject to change at our discretion. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package ships. *Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to be viewable on shipping providers website.
Any costs incurred by Indoorvegan.com for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from Indoorvegan.com will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused, or 10% restocking free for store credit. Any authorized return shipment to Indoorvegan.com and our suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers' expense.
While you may enter in notes for us during checkout, please email us at Support@indoorvegan.com prior to ordering if there are any special requests or circumstances we should be aware of.
• Some items and unique requests require special shipping arrangements and may not be trackable.
Indoorvegan.com allows returns on products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. "New condition" means that the product has is in the same condition as it was received in. All returns must be called in or emailed in advance. Please E-mail Support@indoorvegan.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for shipping the product(s) back to us. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused.
- Please check the box for any physical damage before signing or receiving thepackage. Notify the Fedex driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Products with damage delivered by Fedex, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company
- Products damaged by neglect or abuse will not be covered by warranty.
- Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in return credit issued.
- Please allow 1-2 week turnaround time for your return to be processed.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 5 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of Indoorvegan.com.
- Returns are not accepted on products that have been altered.
- All return requests must be emailed in advance and given a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). Only items originally purchased within 30 Days from the date of delivery will be considered for return
- Return Authorization Number(RMA #) is required before any replacement claim will be accepted.
- Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
- The item must be shipped back with care as not to be received damaged.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original carton or packaging.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee, this includes the processing fee.
- Clearance items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, no refunds allowed.
- Due to the nature of some products we are unable to accept returns for them.
